RESERVATION INFORMATION


DEPOSITS

When you make a reservation with East's Beach Holiday Park, a deposit is required to secure your booking, this is usually the first nights tariff & our reception staff will advise you of a deposit due date.

Methods of payment
- Credit card deposit accepted by telephone.
- Bank cheques and Aust post money orders accepted.
- Personal & Business Cheques accepted 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Deposits are subject to the Cancellation Policy below.

 

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL
When you arrive, the balance must be paid together with either a $20 refundable deposit for amenities key if you're camping, or $25 refundable deposit for accommodation key.

Methods of payment
- Credit card and Eftpos payments accepted on arrival.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept personal or business cheques on arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are only refundable if notice is received in writing in not less than 4 weeks prior to your intended arrival. In this instance a refund will be made by cheque less $30 administration fee. If less than 4 weeks notice is given there will be no refund unless we are able to replace the booking.

Check in time - 2pm
Check out time - 10am (or late stay till 4pm if available)

Pets - are not permitted at East's Beach Holiday Park.
